Eligibiblity for Returns

We accept returns only for eligible items that meet the conditions below:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible

Clothing Returns

Colombo Orders

Customers within Colombo can request a return within 3 working days after receiving the order.

Outside Colombo Orders

Customers outside Colombo can request a return within 3–5 working days after receiving the order.

Clothing Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • Wrong item was sent
  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Major size issue caused by our mistake

Non-Returnable Clothing Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Inner wear or intimate wear
  • Items with removed tags
  • Used or washed items

Skincare Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is expired upon delivery

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Fashion Accessories

Fashion accessories may be returned only if:

  • Item is defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product was damaged during delivery

Return requests must be made within:

  • 3 Working days for Colombo orders
  • 5 Working days for orders outside Colombo

Used accessories are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be sent via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side

Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges based on stock availability for:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong items received

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Shopolex.
